The role
As a Reliability Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. We're looking for a dynamic, ambitious and eager individual to make a real impact by joining us as an Availability, Reliability & Maintainability (AR&M) Engineer.
Day to day, you'll work alone and as part of a team you will support the production of AR&M modelling, case reports and the completion of support engineering deliverables.
This role is full time, thirty-seven hours per week and will be based at our Ashchurch site with hybrid working from home arrangements. There is a requirement to travel within the UK as part of the role.
Essential experience of the Reliability Engineer:
- Demonstrable experience within AR&M.
- Good communication skills.
- A good knowledge of ILS and AR&M requirements at all stages of the lifecycle.
- You're someone who thrives on challenge, is a driven individual who wishes to make a positive impact and a desire to see successful outcomes.
- You will need experience of operating in a project environment and will have worked on delivering projects for Defence customers, including the UK MOD.
Qualifications for the Reliability Engineer:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
