You will be working for a well respected engineering company who operate on a national and worldwide basis in the manufacturing sector and energy sectors. 

**Responsibilities**

• A desire to assist and develop a culture towards a preventative/predictive maintenance strategy working cross functionally with other departments
• To lead and support equipment reliability issues and support a continuous improvement culture.
• Understanding all associated site-wide risks and be involved in the activities in managing and improving safety systems
• To support the identification of root cause through implementation of appropriate problem-solving strategies.
• To quantify the impact on reliability of any design changes or cost down recommendations by collating, interpreting and reporting the test results.

**Requirements**

• Condition base monitoring experience 
• Cat 1, Cat 2 
• Oil and Gas experience 
• Knowledge of lubrication techniques and good practices
• Lean, TPM, 5S experience
