Salary: £60-£62k

This Reliability Lead is a pivotal position and will lead efforts in implementing preventative maintenance schedules, leveraging expertise to optimise the reliability of critical equipment and systems.
Duties and responsibilities of the Reliability Lead will include:
- Budgetary responsibility
- Develop a comprehensive reliability strategy aligned with business objectives
- Design and execute preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery to minimise downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Utilise predictive maintenance techniques and technologies to identify potential issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Autonomous Maintenance practices
- Key super user for the Maintenance Management System (MMP)
- Conduct risk assessments, ensuring safety compliance and mitigation plans
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of spare parts and support for critical equipment.
- Source spare parts and manage inventory
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports
We are keen to speak with Reliability Leads with the following skills and experience:
- Qualified to HNC level in an Engineering discipline.
- Strong engineering background including completion of a recognised apprenticeship
- Experience in designing and executing preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery to minimise downtime and improve equipment uptime
- Experienced in Inventory Management (or Stores)
- Excellent Communication skills
