We are currently recruiting for a Relief Barista to cover G&G businesses in Dublin and surrounding areas.
Location: Dublin and surroung areas
Rate of pay: €14.00 per hour
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday 5/7
Job purpose - To support sites covering temporary vacant positions, as a Relief Barista.Key responsibilities- Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Food Service
• Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to the Gather & Gather standard.
• To prepare service counters as required for service in line with Gather & Gather standards and to
ensure the availability of product during all service periods.
• To ensure that service counters and dining areas display appropriate merchandising under the
guidance of the General Manager/ Chef Manager and ensure that all products are correctly priced,
labeled and in date.
• Serve all food and beverages to the highest standard and in line with the Gather & Gather style
using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
• Assist in the preparation of tables and to ensure all cutlery and glassware is polished.
• To assist with any food preparation in kitchen to the Gather & Gather standard as required.
• Keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the Gather & Gather standards.
• Clean and wash up equipment, kitchen and service areas as necessary to comply with cleaning
schedules.

Customer Service
• Present and maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and customers at all times• Attend to customer needs in a polite and helpful manner providing assistance where necessary in
line with the Gather & Gather style.
• Provide information to customers about the food in a knowledgeable and informed manner.
• Work with all colleagues in a polite and helpful way to ensure excellent customer service.
• To accurately and efficiently handle all transactions and to assist with cashing up procedures in line
with Gather & Gather standards.Occasional Responsibilities
• Assist in stock take as directed.
• To attend training courses and attend Gather & Gather meetings when
necessary.
