Relief Chef Manager - Sidcup, London

Due to new contract wins across our business we are recruiting Chef Managers to join us in the Sidcup
Area.
This role will initially start as a Relief Chef Manager role where you will learn the IFG way supporting in sites with management and cooking with the view to you moving into your own IFG site later in the year.
You will have experience in volume cooking using fresh seasonal ingredients, managing a team of kitchen assistants and be used to being the first point of contact with an onsite client. With strong financial acumen you will have a background of managing stocks, ordering and P & L accountability. You will have experience in basic HR and be used to managing your team.
A UK driving licence is required for this role, we will pay mileage to sites whilst you are on the relief team, you will need your own transport to get to sites.
