Religious Education Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a Religious Education Teacher for a secondary school based in Ellesmere Port.

The secondary school are looking for someone to cover a long term absence from after February half term through until the end of the academic year with a possibility to extend further. The role is a full time position working from 8:30am to 3:30pm and with the nature of the role you will be paid up to scale from day one.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be expected to take on responsibilities such as planning, marking and assessing. You will also be asked to attend department meetings but in exchange for this you will be given PPA time to support with the work load.

The school is a large modern school with a great school ethos and with a supportive senior leadership team, this opportunity would be one to keep in mind if you are looking for a longer term role.

• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Oversea Police Clarence (if necessary) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover last 10 years of employment and education.
