What will you do?
- Join a strong department, consisting of 12 staff in the Fast Track team
- Run your own caseload of Claimant Fast Track EL/PL & RTA Personal Injury claims
- Manage these claims from cradle to grave, including through Litigation where necessary
What will you need?
- At least 2 years of experience handling a Personal Injury caseload of EL/Pl & RTA matters
- Knowledge of the CPR and Litigation procedures
- Experience with the MOJ Portal
- Both Qualified and Non-Qualified Fee Earners are encouraged to apply
