Niche: Fitness Coaching

Time Requirement: 6-8 hrs

Experience: Significant experience closing £3-5k+ packages. No beginners.

About the Founders:

• 2 Friends - 5 years of online fitness coaching experience
• Earned 6 figures separately
• Helped over 100 coaches scale their own fitness business
• Very results-oriented

About The Offer:

• We basically help PT’s and Coaches scale their fitness business to £5-10k per month through online coaching
• We help them market, create and fulfil their offer
• You will be selling for our private vip clients who are selling fitness coaching programs
• Our coaches sell premium 1-2-1 vip online coaching programs - 6 month life transformations
• Package starts at a minimum of £250 per month, or £3-4k for the year
• We work with influencers with a lot of followers - so calls are very warm
• This hire IS the current bottleneck, needed ASAP

About The Role:

• Looking for a key player to grow into a “Head of Sales” for the company.
• Will start out closing, and will progress into sales management and higher level tasks.
• Closing experience in fitness/smma space is crucial

Non-Negotiables:

• UK Based
• Completed a sales course from the top online spaces like Cole Gordon, or Jeremy Miner
• Flexible availability

Compensation:

• 1st Month: Heavy commision with a minimum salary - 20%!
• First Three Months: (negotiable base) - 10%
• After Three Months: 12% on everything closed

Bonus Structure:

• 8x deals/mo: +£900
• 12x deals/mo: +£1,500
• 20x deals/mo: +£2,600

“3 deals/mo closed after ramp would get this hire fired”

At minimum £3k price point, with 3 deals closed at 12% commission, earning £1,080/mo in commissions would be .
