SalaryRemote Business Development Executives - German speaking
Our client a leading customer experience solutions provider is currently looking for several Business Development Executives to join their growing team of professionals. You'll have the opportunity to represent a global leader in digital payments and drive impactful solutions for your new company's diverse clientele. Fluency in German is a must, as you'll engage with customers across international markets. This role will see you leveraging your people and communication skills to foster meaningful relationships and drive sales growth.

We are looking for someone who has:
- Motivation through engaging with new clients over the phone and gaining market knowledge and insight.

- The drive to constantly strive to improve, seeking coaching & guidance from both peers and managers.
- The ability to operate with minimal supervision and is motivated to find solutions to problems as they occur, an entrepreneurial self-starter.
- Understanding of how businesses operate and have strong business acumen, including knowledge of different business models & the importance of return on investment.
- Firm integrity and a genuine interest in delivering the right solutions, to the right client, every time.
The ideal candidate will need:
- Native-level fluency in business German (C2 level).
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferred).
