The Remote Sales Representative is a sales and business management role, addressing the accounts in UK and Ireland identified by the Commercial Lead and handling operational aspect of the overall SIP business.
You will have full ownership and accountability on a given business scope, with a primary responsibility of proactively prospecting new business opportunities, up-selling to existing customers and accountable for exceeding quarterly and annual targets for assigned parts of the SIP portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Remotely ensure hospital customer adherence to tender results in relation to Baxter's products and manage relationship with assigned
Work with key vertically integrated wholesalers in retail to manage key retail pharmacy product (Scopoderm)
Develop and maintain business and relationships for the SIP portfolio in the republic of Ireland with the support of the Commercial Lead
Completes and returns reports to Contracting authorities in a timely and accurate fashion
Is responsible for forecasting demand for assigned accounts updating forecasts based on achieved business results
Responsible for collecting insights on pipeline products based on customer and account feedback
Provides input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products
Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services towards key customer groups
Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems.
Translates the results of his market insights into a clear prioritization of sales action
Inputs into pricing strategies developed by the Commercial Lead and executes them for the assigned accounts
Delivers on-going product servicing by delivering accurate product information and forecasting and active supply chain management
Conducts Regular Business Reviews with customers when it is applicable
Ensures repeat purchase orders by understanding customer buying decisions making process & patterns
Collaborates with tender & contract departments on managing smaller scale tender and / or contract sales cycle of his accounts.
Closely collaborates with Field Representatives, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Pricing and Finance
Competencies:
The role requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team to support the overall SIP business within the country/cluster. Self motivation and a proactive attitude to developing relationships with customers is key
Proven experience in Sales; preferably Inside Sales within a Corporate environment
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills required
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills required
Strong negotiation skills & ability to close deals with customers
Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done
Tenacity/Intensity and results orientation
Strong customer focus
Understanding of pharma retail market is an advantage
Passion for Improving business performance and for your ongoing professional development
A degree in science, technology, medical or business related subject preferred
