SUMMMARY: The Renewables Program Manager has responsibility to provide comprehensive support to our clients through the management of renewable electricity (RE) strategy and implementation projects across North America. In addition, this role will assist commercialization in our RE global business development efforts. They have an expertise in leading and managing client projects coupled with a deep understanding of North American RE and energy markets and how to blend these to meet the client’s energy portfolio requirements. | PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Independently manage Renewable Electricity (RE) client engagements in both strategy and implementation phases to successfully deliver on RE roadmaps and procurement projects.
- Provide support to the project team and clients on highly complex RE strategy/roadmap and implementation engagement projects.
- Support commercialization in RE business development efforts to include high quality client facing materials such as presentations, reports, summary documents and proposals in cooperation with our regional and global sales teams.
- Effectively manage client projects to ensure all technical, risk, scheduling and business objectives are successfully met.
- Manage clear, structured and effective communications with both the clients and project teams.
- Develop and implement complex RE procurement and risk management strategies in support of client projects.
- Support and manage client engagements through the interpretation and risk analysis as related to energy and RE requirements.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of North American RE regulatory markets, pricing and products.
- Coordiante closely with the RE Analysis team to develop unique insights and options for clients.
- Help to improve business process designs internally and across the organization.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment in recommending and procuring the appropriate mix and size of RE products.
- Attend conferences, events and trade shows to increase RE market knowledge and build stakeholder relationships.
- Coordiante work across multiple, matrixed functions while managing both internal and external stakeholder expectations.

The pay range for this role is: $97,000.00-146,000.00 Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
