My client are the leading independent renewable advisory company, with 180 employees across their global offices.
The Role
The suitable candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day operations for this international Renewable Energy Advisory Business, with duties ranging from: weekly reporting and budgeting, HR, project management and resource optimisation.
Your responsibilities include:
Personnel Management Support:
Coordinate with internal HR throughout the recruitment process.
Promote vacancies at universities and monitor potential feeder courses.
Conduct regular reviews of the global team structure for recruitment needs.
Monitor Talent Recruiter for speculative applications.
On- and Offboarding:
Lead the induction program in collaboration with Analysis Services management and HR.
Review and update the onboarding process regularly.
Ensure the initiation and completion of HR/IT offboarding processes.
Team Development & People Review:
Coordinate the team's annual development process.
Assist Analysis Services management in staff development.
Structure personal development plans for all staff.
Manage the analysis mentoring scheme.
Lead in identifying and planning training courses.
Administration / General Support:
Support team spirit and staff well-being, including remote personnel.
Maintain team organization and structure chart.
Track staff travel for budgeting purposes.
Monitor calls for abstracts for relevant conferences.
Support conference attendance trips.
Project / Finance:
Weekly review of project finances, ensuring contractual documents are in place.
Verify accurate time writing on a weekly basis.
Monthly finalization of project finances for invoicing.
Regularly analyze project spends versus proposals and provide feedback to the Analysis management team.
