SalaryQuestech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Industry leading Haulage and Rail client for an experienced Engineering Manager with a proven track record in Compliance and Operations. This is an excellent chance for a Manager to join a company that offers solid opportunities for personal development within the Automotive Industry.
THE ROLE:
You will be an apprentice trained Technician with over 10 years of Managerial experience within the Industry.
The DUTIES
- Managing Various HGV and Rail sites across the United Kingdom
- Ensuring all legislative requirements across all of our clients United Kingdom based operations.
- To manage all Workshop P&L / KPI’s, Direct and Indirect Costs, Productivity & Compliance objectives.
- Knowledge of fleet maintenance / workshop management .
- Sound knowledge of H&S fundamentals in workshops and transport compliance legislation.
- Demonstrable customer relationship management skills with the flexibility in style, approach to engaging with a number of clients with varying requirements at the same time.
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Highly numerate and excellent written skills, familiar and confident with Microsoft programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Analytical, curious, problem solver, lateral thinker
- International CPC Holder
THE PACKAGE:
- Salary of around £60,000 per annum
- Company Car or Company Car allowance of £62,00 per annum
- Company fuel card
