Renewals Broker

Time Appointments are delighted to be working on behalf of a top Insurance brokerage in the Essex area, they are looking for a Broker to join their Renewals team.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has excellent technical knowledge of Insurance including but not limited to material damage, business interruption, employers liability, public and products liability, professional indemnity, contractors all risks and motor fleet and Competent on Acturis, Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook programs.

Summary of Role
You will oversee the administering and servicing of clients, which includes where necessary but is not limited to, renewals midterm administration, preparation of risks to insurers, negotiating premiums with underwriters, processing and/or assisting with claims and all other general administration and client handling.

You will be responsible and accountable for the retention, maintenance and growth of a book of clients on behalf of the company and to meet monthly and annual targets.

you will be targeted to cross-sell products according to the demands and needs of the existing clients and generate new business from referrals and recommendations.
