Rental Sales Administrator We are located between Bathgate and Livingston just off the M8 motorway Full Time 5 days per week / 2 days off per week GBP25,000 Basic with an uncapped commission(uncapped) Looking for a start date mid-March 2024

Motor Home Escape is hiring a Sales Agent to contribute to the business's growth by generating Rental Sales. The role involves collaborating with the depot manager, overseeing daily operations, and managing the depot during the manager's absence.

You will be an adventurous individual to assist customers in realising their dream experiences through luxury motorhome rentals.

Your role is crucial in inspiring customer adventures, ensuring efficient service, and streamlining operational processes for a seamless experience in hire, allowing customers to focus on their dream experiences.

For insurance purposes the candidate needs to be at least 23 years old.

We are looking for a dynamo who can blitz support including:

• Good Administration skills is a must as you will be Managing our booking system, emails, phone calls, and customer communication to create a positive, efficient, and memorable interaction
• Driving sales and customer loyalty: Meeting and greeting customers, securing sales and hires, generating referrals through exceptional experiences, and conducting impactful motorhome demonstrations
• Vehicle maintenance and fleet coordination: Inspecting vehicles for damages, coordinating fleet movements, booking timely repairs, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining high standards for our vehicles
• Supply chain management: Engaging with suppliers to maintain quality and competitive prices, keeping our supply chain optimised
• On-call support and depot operations: Sharing on-call responsibilities with the depot manager, handling customer queries outside regular hours, and overseeing depot operations during the manager's absence
• Safety and security: Ensuring online and physical security, handling payments, and maintaining best-in-class service levels

Essential ingredients we are looking for in the right recruit:

• Possess a valid EU driving licence for at least 5 years, enabling you to drive and move our motorhomes
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Exhibit an obsessive commitment to excellent customer service, reflecting our friendly, welcoming, and professional reputation. We value teamwork, energy, and a fun working environment
• Maintain impeccable time management skills to uphold our commitment to punctuality and reliability
• Own transportation is a requirement
• Flexibility to work weekends, especially during the primary rental season from April to October
• Willingness to take on-call responsibilities for out-of-hours breakdowns or emergencies, ensuring we are there for our customers and each other
