Job Title: Repair Solutions Engineer
Salary: £52,380 + Dependent upon experience
Location : Wimborne, United Kingdom

Job Summary
This role supports the growth of customer Equipment Health Management agreements with marine vessel operators, by leading creation of competitive Cat marine engine maintenance and overhaul plans.

What You Will Do
Facilitates setup, review, publishing and maintenance of technical service information and/or data in support of new services introduction, new products, continuous improvement, and revision timelines.
Manages and acts on customer and dealer feedback.
Leads maintenance and repair workshops with customers to define agreed maintenance scope for Caterpillar-led service agreements with major customer accounts.
Trains Cat dealers and new Caterpillar fleet managers on customer-agreed maintenance practices when deploying Caterpillar-led service agreements at participating dealers.
Trains and mentors new staff on how to create, validate, and revise technical service information and/or data. Instructs team members on templates to be used for specific projects. Maintains and revises service information and/or data creation standards. Organizational Subject Matter Expert for service information content.
Develops and maintains service information, structure and templates. Defines sources of information and process for collection and verification of content. Participates in process improvement efforts.
