Repairs Scheduler/Planner

​Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable local provider of affordable housing, not for profit developer and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Repairs Scheduler to their busy property services team,

You will be the link between the tenant, housing team and repairs team, liaising with all involved, booking and scheduling in repairs works using the DRS software, and supporting in ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales and to the satisfaction of the tenant.
