Could you be our next Repairs Supervisor working across London and the surrounding areas?
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the Housing Maintenance service, delivering a diverse and complex range of responsive repairs and associated work streams.
Working alongside the Delivery Manager you will support the running of our four Hard FM contracts across the MOD Built and Accommodation Estates the VIVO business is worth more than £500m/annum, with plans for future growth.
This role will see you provide strong and effective leadership to the team, ensure staff are effective in their roles, supported and motivated. You will develop the service, contractors, and individuals to achieve a highly organised operational delivery as well as high levels of quality and satisfaction in line with the operational and financial business plans.
Within this role you will undertake site audits relating to compliance, quality and customer service Implementing best practices to reduce waste and downtime. Day to day you will monitor the jobs and trackers to ensure maximum output per trade, acting as the first point of contact in OOH escalation process.
What you’ll need to do this role
Using your previous experience within facility management you will be confident in managing a small team of multi skilled trades operatives.
You will be able to be able to demonstrate your trades background either through experience or formal qualifications.
This role will require you to travel to remote sites weekly therefore it is essential that you hold a clean and valid UK driving licence or can travel to remote locations without the use of public transport.
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility
You must be able to pass SC Clearance to be considered for this role.
