You will be part of our Repairs and Maintenance division and will play a key role in shaping our future. 

What you'll be doing 

You'll manage and lead the Responsive Repairs Trade Operatives ensuring that personal, financial, and performance targets are either achieved or exceeded. 

You'll foster a culture based on performance and focus on continuous improvement, exceptional customer service delivery, delivering value for money, and actively promoting and supporting Health, Safety and the Environment in the workplace. 

More about you. What can you bring? 

You'll have a minimum of three years experience of supervising Trade Operatives to deliver service requirements along with an understanding of the Social Housing Market, Voids, and Repairs and Maintenance service delivery. 

You'll have a comprehensive working knowledge of Schedules of Rates and an appreciation of all trades, with a good working knowledge and compliance with health and safety requirements. 

We are looking for an excellent communicator demonstrating high degree of customer care with strong leadership and management including performance management. 

Strong technical knowledge of reactive repairs solutions across carpentry, plumbing and wet trades. 

When and where you'll be doing it 

You will enjoy a 40 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £41,600 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience. 

Golding Homes have properties throughout Maidstone and the surrounding area. This role will allow you to travel around our properties, meaning no two weeks will be the same!
