£32,000 to £40,000 per annum DOE

We are working with a brilliant business based in the Horsham area who, due to growth, are looking for a Reporting Manager to join them.
Day to day you will be the "go-to" for all reporting and analytical needs across the business.
You will be able to build relationships with all departments, using your excellent communicative skills to present to department heads.
This will be a brilliantly varied role where you will use your BI skills to analyse data, identify trends, business strengths and weaknesses, as well as forecasting and financial data.
Day to day:
* Overseeing, mentoring and developing 1 junior team member
* Data collection and manipulation
* Creation of regular daily & weekly reports
Key skills:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong BI skills
* Strong logical and analytical capability
* Strong problem solving skills
* Excellent business partnering and relationships building skills
* Able to present to senior stakeholders
* Great at organising your own work load
