Key duties
- As the Research Director, you will design, manage and deliver research projects alongside the wider team
- Develop excellent relationships with key decision-makers
- Help shape the future of the company, doing so by keeping yourself up-to-date with emerging techniques in the industry
- Provide thought leadership on qualitative techniques to upskill the team and drive the business further
Skills & Experience
- A strong history of participating in new business and proposal writing in an agency setting
- A broad knowledge and interest in brands, marketing, business and trends within the industry
- Exposure to qualitative research methodologies in the media or entertainment sector within an ad-hoc agency
- Passionate about developing and nurturing relationships with clients
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team
