At the same time, your projects will focus on larger issues impacting the environment our clients work in, whether this is understanding the impact of government legislation, tracking opinions and trends or segmenting the digital population. You will be part of an engaging, fast-paced environment, working with a dynamic and international team.

    • Supporting in the production of research reports, using visual storytelling
    • Supplier relationship management
    • Working on a number of different projects at the same time (normally in different subject areas and across various methodologies)

Key Candidate Expectations:

    • College or university degree in business, communications, social or political science, statistics, mathematics, economics, etc., or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
    • Previous experience in research (in an agency/research institute or in-house/client-side, etc.)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
    • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • High level of organisational and time management skills
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • An outgoing, ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to take responsibility for a variety of tasks
    • A ‘team player’ who is willing to help colleagues whenever necessary
    • Desire to learn, and a proactive attitude to doing so
    • Curiosity about what makes people think and act the way they do
    • Enjoys working in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
    • International research experience is a distinct advantage
    • Experience within a brand, public relations or consumer marketing insights agency is an advantage
    • Experience with a mix of data and insights tools is a strong advantage. This may include – but not limited to – social listening tools (Brandwatch, TalkWalker, Meltwater, Synthesio...), audience intelligence solutions (Global Web Index, Demographics Pro...), trends analysis platforms (Insider Intelligence, Mintel, Google Trends, WARC...), etc.
