The successful candidate will be given early responsibility and will carry out a wide range of duties. WHAT YOU WILL DO
The role of a Researcher is a busy role where your work will have a huge effect on the success of the team. This role will support a specialist team of Consultants researching and sourcing candidates for Executive level roles.
- Create market maps to present to potential candidates
- Find and brief candidates for specific roles
- Assist with the interview process – scheduling, taking notes etc.
- Create and present reports and documentation when required
- Assist with business development strategies – market research, event organisation and client relationship management
WHO YOU ARE
As the Researcher you will need to a confident, articulate, and personable individual. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with key high-level professionals.
- Confident presenting work to senior staff
- Experience carrying out research on niche areas of business
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
