As a member of their Research Team, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing top-tier talent while supporting their business development efforts by maintaining an extensive, sector-focused knowledge base. Typical Researcher duties will include:
- Cultivating an in-depth understanding of the executive market and client landscape
- Supporting the Partners and Associates with research activity
- Identifying and pursuing promising business leads and opportunities
- Nurturing executive-level candidate and client relationships
- Proactively sourcing candidates through headhunting and networking initiatives
- Coordinating interviews and meetings
- Crafting compelling pitch proposals for potential clients
To excel in this Researcher role, you’ll ideally possess a 2:1 degree from a reputable university, as well as 3-4 years experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, particularly given the need to engage with senior figures within the industry.
