Excellent telephone manner
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Able to multi-task
Must be computer literate
Able to work closely within a team environment Desirable: ·
Outbound tele sales experience
Experience within the transport/haulage industry would desirable
Hours of Work: · Mon-Fri 8 hour various shifts
1 in 5 weekends
Salary: 24k + on call and weekend allowance
