A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESERVATIONS AND SALES ADMINISTRATOR AT THE CROWN HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

As Reservations and Sales Administrator your role is to maximise hotel bedroom revenue and provide both admin and Sales support. Your working day will include the following:

  • Manage and accurately quote for all Reservations and group enquiries
  • Process and complete all advance purchase reservations payments
  • Identify 'hot' sales leads
  • Manage and maintain social media
  • Conduct research calls
  • Process voucher bookings

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To succeed in the role of Reservations and Sales Administrator you will need the following qualities and skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous hotel reception or reservations experience
  • Previous sales administration experience ideal
