Reservations Assistant

We are looking for a Reservations Assistantto join our team at Dundonald Links in Irvine, Ayrshire. Hourly rate of £11.44

This is a seasonal position to work part time hours. This will be 20-24 hours across variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role

The successful Reservations Assistant will

• Work as part of the Reservations Team, converting incoming enquiries for accommodation and golf tee start times with tour operators and the general public via email, telephone and face to face.
• Develop and understand the products and service at Dundonald Links to enhance the enquiry and booking experience and maximise sales opportunities.
• Be aware of Dundonald Links social media activity across all social platforms.
• Actively promote additional spend opportunities including The Canny Crow, Whiskey Room, additional golf tee times and any live special promotions.
• Be aware of all facilities at Dundonald Links including new menus, special promotions and events.
• Ensure that all guest comments are recorded accurately and handled in a professionally and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Similar previous experience is an advantage. A positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills is desirable. A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
