We have an exciting opportunity for a Resettlement Administrator to join our Housing and Communities team on either a full or part time basis, (up to 37 hours), for a fixed term of 12 months.

Supporting our sponsors, hosts and guests under the Homes for Ukraine Scheme across Braintree District, you will look after enquiries relating to Ukrainian refugees and hosts, maintain Visa application records and liaise with the Environmental Health Service to undertake property checks.

You will also contact EOI hosts to confirm their interest and rematch opportunities, maintain arrival/departure, Welcome Payment, contact details and spend records, arrange interpretation and translation services and assist the Resettlement Officer with Moving In Orders/Grants.

With excellent IT and customer service skills, you will have experience of working in an office environment and using databases to record and monitor information.

You will also have an understanding of issues relating to equality and diversity, along with good problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach.

With the ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment, you will be organised and pro-active and able to work on your own initiative.
