Responsibilities: As a Forklift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a variety of forklifts within their client base. Key responsibilities include:

1. Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in forklifts.
2. Conducting routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
3. Performing repairs and replacements of faulty components and parts.
4. Collaborating with customers to understand and address their specific forklift service needs.
5. Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
6. Providing technical assistance and guidance to customers on forklift operation and maintenance best practices.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Forklift Service Engineer or similar role.
2. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
3. Proficiency in conducting routine maintenance and repairs on various forklift models.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
6. Relevant certifications in forklift servicing and maintenance.
7. A valid driver's license.
