The successful candidate will be entrusted with the vital task of driving and sustaining occupancy rates, ensuring that the residential services are not only thriving but also providing a nurturing environment for all residents. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, marketing and business acumen, a continuous improvement mindset and a compassionate approach to resident interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract new residents.-
- Forge strong relationships with residents and their families, providing support and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the care team to maintain the highest standards of service.
- Analyse market trends and adapt occupancy plans accordingly.
- Conduct tours and facilitate the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
