Resident Liaison Officer

Hybrid Base Role.

The lead functions of the role are as follows:

• Give information, advice and assistance to residents whose homes have been identified for works under the retrofit programme
• Carry out visits to resident homes where necessary
• Arrange and attend meetings and other events for residents. This will require working outside normal working hours, including evening and weekends at various locations within the district
• Liaise with contractors and Council officers to secure a satisfactory outcome where there are difficulties gaining access to homes or where there are other resident concerns

Experience/Skills desired:

• Excellent customer care skills
• Working in social housing, tenant involvement or community engagement role
• Can drive and have access to own car (Required)
• Excellent all round IT skills - including digital platforms and social media
