Resident Liaison Officer - RLO
A reliable, competent, and punctual person required. Able to work independently at times. Previous knowledge/experience working with Word and Excel essential as is ability to mail merge letters.
Applicants must be physically fit as site offices often have several flights of stairs to gain access, and the applicant may also be required to assist with posting letters by hand alongside the site team.

Job Details
Contacting residents to book appointments & confirming same by letter.
Printing and posting letters.
Control Asbestos Register (with Supervision of Site Manager)
Scan and Save hardcopies of all documents to prepare handover packs which then need to be uploaded to SharePoint.
General provision of admin support for the operational team
Control of keys
General Office/Admin Tasks to support the RLO/Site Team
Assist RLO with booking appointments with residents start dates and asbestos testing etc.
Send out letters to confirm all appointments.
Respond to resident enquiries and field calls for site team.
Greet visitors to site office as/when required (customer facing at times)
