Job Description:
- Lead the Resident Liaison Team, to develop and deliver a high-quality caring and
empathetic Resident Liaison service, improving the customer experience and satisfaction
with repairs and investment services.
- Pro-actively prevent, investigate, manage, and resolve, at the earliest possible point,
issues raised, and complaints made by residents and their representatives, taking
positive action, and providing timely and tailored updates to residents, tracking cases and
actions to a conclusion.
- Facilitate both the in-house and contracted delivery of repairs and investment works in
tenants’ homes, through pro-active communications, and the provision of tailored support
to residents requiring, expecting, receiving, or affected by works.
- Oversee the management of the disabled adaptations programme and budget, including
communications with residents and their representatives, and arrangements around the
tailored delivery of works.
- Develop Resident Liaison processes and systems, for example, to support the tracking of
complaint cases and actions, the successful delivery of repairs and investment works,
and the management of the disabled adaptations programme.
- Produce and analyse management and performance data to identify service
improvements.
