SalaryAchieve Professionals is recruiting for a well-established law firm based in the North East. With over 130 years of experience, this CQS accredited firm is expanding and seeking a confident and experienced Residential and Commercial Conveyancer to join their client's team.
Position: Residential and Commercial Conveyancer
Location: Hartlepool Office
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse range of freehold, leasehold, and right to buy matters from initial instruction through to post-completion.
Independently handle purchase files with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Conveyancing.
Skills and Attributes:
Outstanding client care skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Precision in work and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients from various backgrounds.
Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
Responsibilities:
Attend clients for quoting, taking instructions, and providing updates.
Work efficiently under your own initiative.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and progress matters.
Benefits:
