We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our clients team as a Premium Facilities Host.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, ensuring a prompt and efficient response.
• Provide information and recommendations about the organisation's facilities, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facilities, ensuring a high standard is consistently met.
• Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of events and activities, ensuring a smooth and well-executed operation.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional service and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or facilities management setting
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
