Residential Care Home Manager

HOME MANAGER (RESIDENTIAL) - STOCKTON-ON-TEES - SALARY £42,000
You will be working for a private care provider who specialises in care for older people in a residential setting. Having Overall Good at last CQC inspection you will be required to maintain and further develop the excellent care that is already provided in this Residential Care Home. Commutable from Middlesbrough, Stockton on Tees, Newton Aycliffe, Thornaby, Guisborough, Redcar & surrounding areas.
Rewards Package of Residential Care Home Manager:

• £42,000 basic salary (Reviewed annually)
• Up to 33 Days Annual Leave allowance

Responsibilities of Residential Care Home Manager:

• Management of Finances and Budgets
• Ensuring the smooth running of the home on a daily basis
• You will lead, motivate and inspire your teams to ensure the care you are delivering is of the highest quality, exceeding the internal quality expectations as well as those of the CQC

The criteria to be successful in applying for this role:

• You'll have a strong background in working with Dementia in the elderly care sector at Home Manager level with a good CQC track record
• A dynamic, confident and innovative leader with good networking skills and the ability to manage a team with an open, approachable personality
• You will have good longevity & experience of working in Care Homes for Older People.
