Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for a new role in the Northeast? We are working with a well-established care provider with several Nursing and Residential homes across the Northeast, who are looking for a Peripatetic Home Manager to cover a group of Care homes in the area. The roles come with a competitive salary of £50,000 plus some great benefits and progression opportunities.
For you, that will mean running an entire home when a Home Manager is absent or we're recruiting for a new one. You will also be required to:
- Manage the day to day running of the home.
- Comply with CQC regulations to help improve the quality of the home.
- Meet performance targets,
- identifying and addressing where a home could be doing better or ensuring regulatory compliance standards,
- manage the resident wellbeing in mind above anything else.
To apply for this Peripatetic Home Manager role, you will require previous Home Management experience in more than one service. You'll also require:
- Home management experience, within an elderly care setting
- A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care Home Manager
- An NVQ in social care management
- NMC nursing pin.
