Residential Support Worker We are looking for a passionate Children's Support Worker to join a Social, Emotional Mental Health provision in Hove. This provision has two parts; School and Home. They support a number of boys with varying Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The home provides a calm and nurturing homely environment for children and sets out to improve the lives and well-being of all children in their care. You will be supported with online interactive training as well as being provided all necessary training and inductions when starting. You will also obtain numerous qualifications which can be used on your CV. About you: Strong sense of behaviour management Passion to support children with challenging behaviour Resilient, proactive and reliable About the role: Children's Support Worker Provision based in Seaford Extensive training provided; Qualifications, safeguarding, de-escalation. Up to £23,057 annually Shift Pattern: Mornings, Nights and some Sleep in's required - no weekends. 6am - 11am/ 3.30pm - 11pm Permanent position Start ASAP This is an immediate role on a full-time, permanent basis.
