Residential Client Coordinator

Are you interested in the world of Real estate and have a strong Administration and Compliance background? If so, we could have an amazing opportunity for you! Our award winning Residential team in Cambridge are looking for a Residential Client Coordinator to join them.

This successful applicant must be confident in a client facing role. The role will support the Residential team in meeting their regulatory obligations under the Money Laundering Regulations. Anti money laundering compliance experience is essential.

What you'll be doing

·Work closely with the agents to obtain all information required to comply with Bidwells Anti-Money Laundering process
·Ensure AML submissions are timely, comprehensive and accurate when submitted
·Continually monitor transactions and flag promptly transactions that are like to require Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and assist the agent with gathering all the requisite supporting information
·Maintain accurate and organised records of information in relation to each transaction
·Prepare regular reports and updates for management
·Identify and resolve any obstacles or delays that may arise during the sales process to ensure successful and timely completions of sale transactions
·Deliver exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered
·Maintain accurate and organised records of information in relation to each transaction
·Work to ensure any changes to requirements are fully understood and implemented
·Maintain open and transparent communication with all parties (internal and external)
·Act as the liaison between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process, including the preparation and submission of all necessary documents

About you

·An understanding of the UK’s Anti-Money Laundering requirements in relation to Residential agency
·Good knowledge of the legal conveyancing process
·Previous experience within Residential Agency
·Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with clients and internal stakeholders
·Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the sales process
