Our client is a family run business based in the Cotswolds. They are seeking a new General Manager to join their team to make changes and suggestions in how to boost their business and work with Golf Club members and new customers for the business.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Role & Responsibilities:- Maximise revenue opportunities for the Golf Course through marketing
- Ensure timely communication of golf events
- Develop and successfully implement processes, procedures and policies to ensure the effective operation and improvement of the Golf Club and accompanying facilities/services
- Perform monthly stock takes to analyse performance
- Promote the organisation and its values at all times
- Find areas to improve for business and boost revenue
- Build strong relationships with members, addressing their needs and preferences
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new members and guests.
You will be first point of contact for any current or new members of the club. It is crucial that relationships are managed to a high standard within the club.
