Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for Residential Construction projects, ensuring that all projects are financially viable and align with our company's standards and client expectations.

Residential Construction Estimator - Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Residential Construction projects, including materials, labor, and time requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in the Residential Construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and industry practices
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Price a job and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
