key duties to include:
- Dealing with Leasehold and freehold property transactions
- Transfer of equity
- Remortgages
- Completing land registry searches
- Fee earning
The successful candidate will have:
- 2-3 years Residential Conveyancing experience
- Experience managing a conveyancing caseload from pre to post-completion without supervision.
- Strong work ethic and attentive to detail.
- Team player and organised.
