Overview: Our client, a prominent and expanding law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic conveyancing team. Role Description: The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, transfers of equity, and remortgage matters. This position offers significant opportunities for career progression, with potential to advance to senior management within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handle a variety of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
• Provide exceptional client service, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.

Requirements:

• Looking for a few years' experience managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Demonstrable experience in handling a wide range of residential conveyancing issues.
• A positive outlook with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
