The Client:

The Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will lead a conveyancing team, managing residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers.
Duties:
-Oversee conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
-Lead and train conveyancing team
-Maintain strong client and referrer relationships
-Develop new business leads
Requirements:
-Previous experience working as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Conveyancer or in a similar role.
-Minimum 3 years PQE in conveyancing
-Experience in team management
