Residential Conveyancer

Sue Ross Legal are supporting an established law firm who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team in Cheadle.
The successful candidate should be experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases; freeholds and leaseholds; remortgages; transfers of equity and Help to Buy funded transactions. Commercial Property experience would be advantageous.

Essential Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A proven track record of providing excellent levels of client care.
* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Comprehensive knowledge of current AML requirements.
* Strong leadership skills and qualities, and a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
* A following of clients and referral contacts would be advantageous.
Our client is looking for applications from enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates who have at least 3 years’ experience in managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. You will need to have excellent customer care skills, a good attention to detail and be a team player.
