Their residential property team is well-established and renowned for offering specialist and expert advice in conveyancing matters.
The Role:
As a Conveyancer in their residential property team, you will handle a caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions from inception to completion. This includes managing sales, purchases, re-mortgages, freehold titles (leasehold and unregistered titles where appropriate), New Builds & Shared Ownership files.
You will also be leading and have the support of a NQ solicitor, Paralegal and Legal Assistant.
My client is open to both experienced fee earners, qualified solicitors, legal executives, and licensed conveyancers for this position.
Excellent Bonus Scheme reaching up to 15% of all billings once billed over annual target, usually around 100K.
Requirements:
Previous residential conveyancing experience of handling your own caseload from start to finish, covering all aspects of conveyancing, including sales and purchases, buy to lets, new build and old build work.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in relevant conveyancing software.
Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining client satisfaction.
Hybrid working once completed probation of 3 office and 2 remote is available.
