An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced conveyancer at a Wiltshire firm.
You:
Ideally quaified but you could be non-qualified but experienced and able to manage your own caseload of sales and purchase matters.
You will be a good communicatior and be able to show attention to detail in all that you do. You'll be able to work under pressure and to met client deadlines.

The role:
You will be able to take all types of conveyancing matters through from start to psot completion and be on top of all the stages in between.
Typical matters : Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Build, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity and Shared Ownership
The firm would welcome fee earners with local knowledge or indeed applications from people moving to the area.
