Our multi-office client is a well-established legal firmthat offers a client-focused approach, evident in their numerous5-star reviews. This Conveyancer position is based in the beautiful Stow-on-the-Wold office, and you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property from initiation to conclusion. You will be enthusiastic and positive to build relationships and stimulate new business to generate a fee income. Duties of a Conveyancer:
- Manage and organise a caseload of conveyancing matters from beginning to end with minimal supervision.
- Manage sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, registered and unregistered titles.
- Use of a case management system.
- Interacting with clients, mortgage lenders and solicitors.
Requirements of a Conveyancer:
- A background managing own caseload.
- Experience navigating a case management system.
- Knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
