CSM Lead - Fleet Management SaaS

The Role
Onboarding new key clients for the business
Building out CSM practice and processes
1st point of contact for clients
Managing churn and increasing customer retention
Driving account expansion and increasing lifetime value
Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops
In the long term, responsibility for growing out the team
Up to £30-£40k base + yearly company bonus
The Candidate
Experience in a client relationship role, ideally as a CSM
Minimum 2-3yrs experience
Ideal candidate will have experience in technology space
To use problem solving skills to solve customers’ obstacles and sell them the right solutions.
The ability to communicate effectively is essential.
Able to been in office 5x a week
