Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Success Manager. Forming part of the B2B Customer Success team, and reporting directly to the COO, the main priority of the role is to assist the clients with setting up campaigns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building lasting relationships with clients.
The role is based in Manchester, with flexibility for some remote work.
Main Duties
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with internal teams
- Makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion
- Communicates client needs to employer company
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Collaborates with sales team to understand client development opportunity.
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Keep records of client transactions
About You
This role would be perfect for a recent graduate / second role out of university.
You're someone who is great at communicating and working with people.
This role requires high levels of organisation and project management skills - it is imperative that you can bring together multiple moving parts to form a coherent whole.
You have the ability to "read the room" and to understand what a client "really wants", even if it's not what they're actually saying and to recognise when requests fall outside of the standard / need to be handled with "kid gloves"
Full training in our processes and product suite will be provided.
